We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with it, you are eligible to return any item within 14 days for a full refund or within 28 days for an exchange or credit note. Please contact us in writing (email is fine) to give us your original order number and your reason for returning the item. We will then provide you with a returns number and confirm the address to return the item to. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept returns for bespoke or made to order items. Unless the item is faulty the cost of the return is your responsibility. Please consider using a tracked service as we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify
you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days. If you have any issues with your refund please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you further.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items
cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com following the same procedure for returns as above.
